Day 2- This Is the place Heritage Park
This is the Place Heritage Park is a town reenactment. Kind of like Jamestown or Williamsburg but set in 1850's. It was an awesome day to come. There was practically no one so when we would go into the different building with the people dressed up in character we were the only ones in the building at the time. I couldn't figure out why it was named this name until we took a train ride and I guess Bringam Young sat up from in the back of a wagon ( he was really sick with West Nile Disease or something- the mosquito one) anyhow and said "This is the Place" as he looked over the Salt Lake City Valley. Trevor thinks he was just really close to dying and wanted to stop traveling. But the town was great. This is another teeny tiny log cabin that had 7 children in it

Ok. I can't win the competition that the computer is having with me. Now the pictures are all squished together and I can't seperate them. And they all come in backwards of the way I downloaded them so the first pictures are at the end of the day and the last picture were at the beginning. Grrrr.
I was very impressed with this cabin. It was 13 ft by something smaller. This family had 10 kids living in it. Makes me appreciate my house. Even my old one.
Sam was so excited to ride a horse
It's the first time Hiwot's got on a horse without tears! Yea!!!
The school house
At the start of the day. Headed down main street. We couldn't get to the stroller without unloading the whole thing. So we made Sam walk. He was amazing. He held it together until about 1. Did a solid 3 hours of walking around. He was mostly excited by the train though. Had whole conversations about Thomas.

We checked into our hotel after the town (4th floor!) and then went swimming. We are going to sleep well tonight!
